BJJ S&C Programme

£20.00 every 4 weeks

The BJJ Strength & Conditioning programme includes:

  • Strength training

  • Fitness top ups

  • Injury prevention training

  • Recovery & mobility sessions

The BJJ Strength & Conditioning programme is broken down into 4 weeks blocks. Each block will have specific focuses depending on the training phase (hypertrophy focus, max strength focus, power focus, etc.), this is will also include new content in each area of the program.

The BJJ Strength & Conditioning programme has been designed to complement your BJJ training sessions. Strength and injury prevention work will be completed before any training on the mats. Fitness top ups will be done after your BJJ training has finished or on your off-days.

Each week will include up to 3 gym sessions, 2 fitness top up sessions, 1 mobility and/or recovery session. It is up to you how much of the content you complete, depending on what you want to get out of the program. If you want to focus on increasing your size and strength, then completing fitness to ups isn’t a priority. Do what’s best for you!

Content will be accessed via the TrainHeroic App, which features readiness assessments, detailed exercise videos and performance tracking (you do not pay extra for this App).

After signing up, you will be added into a WhatsApp group specific to your subscription. Here you can ask questions, share results and find out how other athletes are getting on with the program.
