Strength and Conditioning (S&C) is the practical application of sports science, using evidence based exercise prescription to maximize physical qualities and help prevent injury. S&C has featured significantly in high performance sport, however the knowledge and implementation of these training methods can benefit health and well-being of everyone, not just professional athletes.

After signing up for a subscription, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your training programme via the TrainHeroic app (you do not pay extra for this App). You will also be added into a WhatsApp group specific to to your subscription. Here you can ask questions, share results and find out how other athletes are getting on with the program.

Programmes are broken down into 4 weeks blocks. Each block has specific focuses for each area of the programme depending on the training phase. Programmes include gym, conditioning and recovery sessions (the rugby programme also includes speed training). Each block includes new content in each area of the program.

Each programme is on a indefinite subscription, just like Netflix. You can stop the subscription at anytime by logging into your account on the ELC website.
