Rugby S&C Programme

£20.00 every 4 weeks

The Rugby Strength & Conditioning programme includes:

  • Strength training

  • Fitness top ups

  • Speed and agility sessions

  • Injury prevention training

  • Recovery & mobility sessions

Content is planned around the UK rugby calendar, including off-season, pre-season and competition training phases.

The Rugby Strength & Conditioning programme is broken down into 4 weeks blocks. Each block will have specific focuses depending on the training phase (hypertrophy focus, max strength focus, power focus, etc.), this is will also include new content in each area of the program.

The Rugby Strength & Conditioning programme has been designed to complement your clubs training sessions. Speed and agility work will be completed before any club training and fitness top ups will be done after your club training has finished.

Each week will include up to 4 gym sessions, 2 speed sessions, 2 fitness top up sessions, 1 mobility and/or recovery session. It is up to you how much of the content you complete, depending on what you want to get out of the program. If you want to focus on increasing your size and strength, then completing fitness to ups isn’t a priority. Do what’s best for you!

Content will be accessed via the TrainHeroic App, which features readiness assessments, detailed exercise videos and performance tracking (you do not pay extra for this App).

After signing up, you will be added into a WhatsApp group specific to your subscription. Here you can ask questions, share results and find out how other athletes are getting on with the program.
