Everyday Athlete S&C Programme

£20.00 every 4 weeks

The Everyday Athlete Strength & Conditioning programme includes:

  • Strength training

  • Fitness sessions

  • Injury prevention training

  • Recovery & mobility sessions

The Everyday Athlete Strength & Conditioning programme is broken down into 4 weeks blocks. Each block will have specific focuses depending on the training phase (hypertrophy focus, max strength focus, power focus, etc.), this is will also include new content in each area of the programme.

Each week will include 3 gym session, 2 fitness sessions, 1 mobility and/or recovery session. It is up to you how much of the content you complete, depending on what you want to get out of the program. If you want to focus on increasing your size and strength, then completing the fitness to ups isn’t a priority. Do what’s best for you!

Content will be accessed via the TrainHeroic App, which features readiness assessments, detailed exercise videos and performance tracking (you do not pay extra for this App).

After signing up, you will be added into a WhatsApp group specific to your subscription. Here you can ask questions, share results and find out how other Everyday Athletes are getting on with the programme.
